Due to the exclusive services that I offer, I have enacted policies to ensure all clients are given quality service and the opportunity to enjoy the wellness therapies. I understand that unforeseen events occur that may cause a need to cancel an appointment. In my commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:

 

1. ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive on time to your scheduled time appointment.

2. LATE POLICY: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, I may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation with $50 cancelation fee (Your deposit will be charged as a cancelation fee)
