Even my business is a self-employed, I'm running my business as a Business. It's not a Hobby.
What's the difference between a Hobby and a Business?
In general, people have hobbies for recreation, not to make a profit.
They will be happy all the time for not making any profit.

Businesses, on the other hand, usually operate at either a profit or a loss.
If you want massages for recreation purposes, I believe my business doesn't fit for you. My business orientation is Wellness which is act of practicing healthy habits on regular-basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes.
For that reason, I create a new system for irregular clients.
 Advance Payment is required for 3-sessions in 3months. 
It's $750 for 3 sessions of 100minutes/session, it's valid in 1month.
It's non-refundable
It's non-transferable

1. First session:
Open-up those hard muscles that had been for a long time no one open them up.
2. Second session:
Still loosen up the stubborn muscles, so we don't need to overdone it in one session
3. Third session:
Cooling Down/Relaxation the muscles
This 
method is safe for both of us than I should overdone the accumulated issues that have been there for a long time. 
I believe business relationships should be partnerships. When clients become so consumed with their needs that it results in losing resources for nothing, it's toxic and should no longer be considered a business partnership.

I appreciate your patronage and are committed to providing an excellent experience here. Due to the exclusive services that I offer, I have enacted policies to ensure all clients are given quality service and the opportunity to enjoy the wellness therapies. I understand that unforeseen events occur that may cause a need to cancel an appointment. In my commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:

 

1. ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive on time to your scheduled time appointment.

2. LATE POLICY: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, I may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation with $25 cancelation fee (Your deposit will be charged as a cancelation fee)

How do I react when some one is behaving badly?
Because it is so important to us that we are the right FIT. I don't approve every booking. I believe, real product is for Real People. I love my clients but if you come in acting like an asshole you get treated like one and will be blocked right away.

Everything in writing in our contract. A written agreement is less risky than an oral agreement that's why I only accept TEXING and NO ORAL communication that's why I never pick-up the phone.

Agreement ensures all parties agree on the terms of their relationship. If you don't agree please don't confirm the appointment. In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of my clients. All treatment sessions have 90 minutes minimum time frame. I don't do less than 90 minutes massage treatment here. Not 75 minutes nor 60 minutes treatment. It's not like other places who implement reducing service time if their clients come late. I don't implement that system. If you have a bad intention or not serious for fixing your problem here please go somewhere else. Your money is not worth the headaches.

Wow!  Rajesh S that failed came in on time to his appointment then put negative review on my Yelp's page? I'm glad I shouldn't associate with him who have very poor time management it's affecting my workflow. Be a respectful client and we are both will be happy. 
Narcissistic Personality Disorder
People with this disorder love to manipulate others by having strong sense of entitlement that makes them INSENSITIVE to the needs and feeling of other people and have strong tendency to gain power.
This means that narcissist simply expect special favors or accommodations from others without assuming reciprocal responsibilities in turn. As a result, if or when the mark does not comply or do what is wanted the narcissist will express anger or surprise.

I stand up for my time, my schedule and the rest of my client that come in on time and deserve to have the experience they expect without the rush or stressed out therapist. I believe I'll be happier and more productive in the long run by eliminating Rajesh S that failed came in on time to his appointment then put negative review on my Yelp's page?

Let's get right to the points
1. Domino Effect, if he throws off my schedule, all other appointments run late.
2. He forced me to rush through the appointment and I should sacrifice the quality of work for him and these people who don't come late.
3. It pissed off other clients who manage to come in on time.
4. Makes me look unprofessional.

 

The Etiquette of Being on Time.

How long you should wait for someone who is late to his/her appointment?

There are some people who habitually late, they are being rude and disrespectful of other people's time.
How late is too late?  

I put my faith in you to keep your appointment, a specific of time was reserved especially to you. You cannot come late to your appointment more than 15 minutes if so you give me rights for canceling your appointment and you don't have rights to reschedule your confirmed booking to other days/times without pay another deposit.

Deposit cannot be Refund.
